This family recipe which we call Pop-Eye, best described as a combination of Indian and Portuguese flavours is slow matured, waiting for the perfect time when the flavours are released to reveal a dipping sauce that gets the mouth watering before you've finished pouring. Excellent as a marinade for chicken or lamb. use as a dipping sauce for borewors, steak or in a fondue.
